Job Description
Lendable is a fast-growing fintech company backed by top investors, aiming to revolutionize consumer finance with a focus on speed, affordability, and customer experience. They are building a new mobile finance product and are looking for a Senior PHP Engineer to join their Mexico expansion team. This role offers ownership, collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to a successful product launch within a small, cross-functional team.
Requirements
- Strong, business oriented, engineer with modern PHP development experience (PHP 8.0+)
- Solid grasp of a modern PHP framework like Symfony or Laravel
- Experience with Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems, and Event Sourcing
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and financial systems
- Excellent automated testing skills
- Genuine desire to learn, collaborate, and contribute ideas
- High degree of ownership and autonomy
- Experience in a cross-functional environment
- Written or spoken Spanish at intermediate (B2) level or above
