Lendlease is a globally integrated real estate group with core expertise in Investment Management, Development, and Construction. We are looking for multiple Site Supervisors to work on our projects in the North Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising construction activities
- Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively
- Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications
- Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
