Legal Counsel

We are urgently recruiting for a Legal Counsel to join a telecommunication company. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts management, corporate housekeeping, case management, and legal risk management to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks for the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD); admission to the bar is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial contract review, drafting, and management.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial legal practices.
• Experience in corporate housekeeping, legal risk management, and litigation support.
• Proven ability to provide legal advice and solutions aligned with business needs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.

Benefits

• Salary Range: ₱80,000 - ₱120,000
