We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a Filipino-owned engineering/construction company based in Quezon City.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting for the construction industry or manufacturing industry
- Experience hiring for technical roles such as engineers, project managers, supervisors, and skilled trades
- Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and client expectations simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
