LGS – Roma – Expert Project Manager

We are seeking an Expert Project Manager to join our National Construction Management Central South unit in Rome. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and managing relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical) or architecture.
• 4-6 years of experience as Site Manager or Technical Director of Site or Works Direction Assistant or Works Director or Safety Coordinator in execution phase or Project/Construction Manager of Directional Buildings, industrial, public works in Italy and abroad.
• Ability to understand and draft technical documentation in the building, civil, and plant fields;
• Managerial ability to participate in tenders, also of a public nature;
• Project Management skills;
• Knowledge of D.lgs 81/08 and occupational health and safety legislation;
• Knowledge of D.Lgs. 36/2023 and D.Lgs. 50/2016;
• Previous experience as Works Direction, CSE, Technical and/or Operational Site Direction;
• Managerial ability to participate in tenders;
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects of diverse complexity with the involvement of various corporate functions, including Purchasing, Legal, and/or Divisional, including LOB, CSS&T, etc;
• Ability to coordinate and verify the quality of work performed by contracting companies and professionals in the preparation of projects;
• Ability to monitor the progress of works in the site and their quality in accordance with the established times, monitoring costs and optimizing them.
• Language skills: English B1 or higher
• Computer skills: Office, Autocad, Project
