Job Description
The Executive Vice President will serve as the senior operating leader for a nationally recognized floor covering manufacturer serving both the residential and hospitality/contract markets.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior executive leadership experience within: Flooring, textiles, building materials, home furnishings, or related manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience leading multi-channel sales organizations (residential + contract/hospitality preferred).
- Strong operational background with exposure to global sourcing and complex supply chains.
- Demonstrated success with full P&L responsibility.
- Strategic, yet highly execution-oriented leadership style.
- Track record of scaling organizations and leading through growth or transformation.
