Letko Brosseau & Associates is a leading independent global investment manager seeking an Investment Analyst to develop in-depth knowledge of industries and make investment recommendations.

Requirements

• Provide investment recommendations of securities within industry coverage;
• Maintain up-to-date investment thesis and financial models on portfolio companies within industry coverage, and recommend changes to portfolio composition when appropriate;
• Regularly meet with the management of publicly traded companies, visit their operations and perform any other required due diligence;
• Develop a pipeline of potential investment opportunities;
• Assist Client Servicing / Business Development in answering client queries, collecting data, and preparing presentations, promotional material, and framing communications when required;
• Review proxies and determine how they should be voted in keeping with the firm's proxy voting policies;
• Actively participate in investment team meetings.
