Level AI is a Series C startup that revolutionizes customer engagement by transforming contact centers into strategic assets. We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help raise the engineering bar for the entire technology stack at Level AI.

Requirements

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap to scale Level AI’s technology stack.
• Design and build highly scalable and low latency distributed systems to process large scale real time data.
• Drive best-in class engineering practices through the software development lifecycle.
• Drive operational excellence for critical services that need to have high uptime.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within and outside engineering to create technical plans to deliver on important business goals, and lead the execution of those.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and thoughtfully apply them to Level AI’s tech stacks.
