Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java for building custom data pipelines and handling advanced data transformations.
- Knowledgeable in API-based integrations for aggregating data from distributed sources.
- Skilled in designing data warehouse schemas and handling data transformation, normalisation and denormalisation techniques.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Proficient with data warehousing and storage solutions such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Expertise in ETL/ELT tools such as Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, Informatica, Talend, and dbt.
- Experience with real-time data integration tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, AWS Glue, Fivetran, and Stitch.
- Familiar with workflow automation tools such as Apache Airflow, Luigi to orchestrate and monitor data pipelines.
