Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator RN is responsible for providing operational shift oversight, delegating care to staff, and facilitating timely patient admission, transfer, and discharge. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 2 years of experience in areas of specialty, and National nursing certification in specialty. The role involves promoting patient independence, maintaining continuity among nursing teams, and ensuring quality of care.
