Job Description
Lexington Health is seeking an Office RN to provide nursing care to patients in a professional and courteous manner. The successful candidate will carry out Physician orders, assist with procedures, administer injections, and perform other patient care tasks.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No years of experience required
