The Heavy Equipment and Equipment Director is responsible for strategic, financial, and operational management of the heavy machinery fleet, vehicles, and equipment to optimize performance, availability, and profitability.
Requirements
- Technical or university education in mechanical engineering and/or maintenance management, civil engineering
- 8-12 years of experience in managing heavy equipment in construction
- Demonstrated experience in team management
