Job Description
We're looking for a native Dutch, results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing activities across Europe. This is a new in-house role designed to drive campaign performance and deliver smarter, more effective digital marketing at scale.
Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker
- 2–4 years’ experience in a performance or digital marketing role
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO (on-page and content-focused)
- Confident using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on insights
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing projects independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
