Chargé d'exploitation Photovoltaique

We are looking for a Solar Power Operations Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants, manage technical teams, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 in energy, renewable energy, or equivalent fields
• Good mastery of photovoltaic systems and understanding of their operation
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems
• Expertise in using monitoring and management tools for photovoltaic power plants
• Strong ability to plan and prioritize tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
• Meticulous follow-up of operations

• Salary: €2,400 to €3,400 gross monthly (depending on experience and profile) + performance-based bonus
