Implementation Consultant

Role Overview

As a Consultant Integration Services, you are responsible for the entire implementation project of integrations with our customers. You combine analysis, project work, and customer contact in a role with a lot of autonomy and impact.

What You Will Do

Your task package consists of obtaining insights into the operation of the customer, analyzing HR and payroll processes, identifying needs, and translating them into smart and feasible integration solutions.

You will be the customer's permanent contact person, with clear communication and smooth information flow between customer, colleagues, and external software partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Affinity with a social secretariat, personnel department, or HR software
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project work, implementations, or system integrations
• IT-minded and comfortable in an environment with SaaS solutions, APIs, cloud, and integration platforms
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and French
