Speech Language Pathologist (PRN)
BS in SLP, current license, valid CPR. 6 months experience in long-term care is preferred
Occupational Therapist (PRN & Full-Time)
Must have an accredited OT degree, current state license, and CPR certification. 6 months in a long-term care setting is preferred
Physical Therapist (PRN & Full-Time)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in PT. Current PT license & CPR certification required. 6+ months experience preferred
LPN
Graduate of accredited LPN school, valid LPN license in the state, current CPR certification, and 6 months experience in long-term care preferred
CNA I
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid CNA certification in the state of employment. CPR preferred
Registered Nurse
RN license and current/active enrollment in an accredited program. CPR certification & 6 months experience preferred
Nursing Asst in Training
High school diploma, completes CNA training program, 6 months experience in long-term care
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program, Current COTA license, Current CPR certification
