Dialysis Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our adult/geriatric ESRD patient population at our clinic in Anchorage, Alaska. The successful candidate will be responsible for caring for and monitoring patients before, during, and post dialysis treatment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 months of dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA/PCA experience
• CPR certification
• Ability to distinguish primary colors
• Successful completion of dialysis training program
• National certification
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Interpersonal skills
