The account analyst supports the subscription team in managing new accounts and renewal accounts, collecting and entering data, performing risk and claim analyses, and ensuring timely treatment throughout the policy lifecycle.
Requirements
- Excellent French and English, both orally and in writing.
- Post-secondary education (bachelor's degree, certificate, etc.) or two years of experience in a related field of customer service or professional services, or financial services.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector is desirable, and obtaining a recognized designation in the industry (PAA, for example) is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and excellent writing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously in a high-volume, dynamic work environment.
