Head of Sales International - Responsible for Sales - Directly reporting to the CEO and a member of the C-suite, the Head of Sales defines and drives the global commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of commercial experience, including solid international management experience.
- Proven expertise in scaling B2B organizations and managing complex accounts.
- Indispensable mastery of CRM tools and long sales cycles (Tech/SaaS or Industry).
- Languages: English and French (daily use).
- Natural leadership to federate multicultural teams.
- Strategic vision coupled with a strong results-oriented approach.
- Exemplary rigor in structuring processes.
