Requirements
- Formulate and implement business requirements for operation management systems deployment, development, and maintenance
- Ensure the analysis process of IT system deployment and improvement requirements is smooth
- Perform business process analysis, modeling, optimization, and change proposal preparation
- Coordinate requirement alignment with business leaders, IT teams, architects, and external suppliers
- Evaluate possible decisions, participate in architectural discussions, and shape technical direction
- Monitor test planning, ensure compliance with requirements, and participate in UAT process
- Follow the project module's progress, risks, and actively contribute to process improvement
- Perform user training, prepare instructions, and other documentation
