We are looking for a business analyst to join AB "LTG Cargo" team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in business analytics, economics, IT, or management and experience in IT system deployment or transformation projects.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the requirements of the operational management system deployment, development, maintenance, business needs
- Ensure the process of analyzing the requirements of IT system deployment and improvement runs smoothly
- Perform business process analysis, modeling, optimization, and change proposal preparation
- Prepare high-quality requirement documents (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Coordinate the requirements alignment with business managers, IT teams, architects, external suppliers
- Evaluate possible decisions, participate in architectural discussions, and form the technical direction
- Monitor the test planning, ensure compliance with requirements, participate in UAT process
- Follow the progress of assigned project module, risks, and actively contribute to process improvement
- Perform user training, prepare instructions, and other documentation
