Robotic Weld Operator - Weekend Shift

Role Overview

Join Life Fitness as a Robotic Weld Operator on a weekend shift. Operate welding robots according to job guidelines in an efficient, productive, and safe manner. Work in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and safety.

What You Will Do

Operate welding robots, set up and tear down jobs, load and unload parts, perform quality inspections, and ensure quality of welds. Use a hoist to maneuver parts safely into place and perform other duties as assigned.

This role requires a detail-oriented, punctual, and safety-oriented individual with mechanical aptitude. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing environment experience, welding and/or robot experience.
