Job Description
We are seeking an AI Product Owner Manager to lead the executionâlevel ownership of Agentic AI products across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production. The role is responsible for translating product intent and business needs into clear, testable, agentâready requirements, and for ensuring that autonomous and semiâautonomous agents deliver the expected outcomes in realâworld, regulated environments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering Agentic AI, AI, data, or workflowâdriven products.
- Handsâon experience owning backlogs and requirements across the product development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to work with crossâfunctional teams and deliver highâquality software solutions.
- Bachelorâs degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience translating requirements for AI or Agentic systems, including workflows involving reasoning, orchestration, and HITL patterns.
- Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, APIs, data flows, and agile delivery practices.
- Ability to reason about agent behavior, failure modes, and acceptance criteria, even without being the technical implementer.
