AI Product Owner Manager

We are seeking an AI Product Owner Manager to lead the execution-level ownership of Agentic AI products across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production. This role is responsible for translating product intent and business needs into clear, testable, agent-ready requirements, and for ensuring that autonomous and semi-autonomous agents deliver the expected outcomes in real-world, regulated environments.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering Agentic AI, AI, data, or workflow-driven products
• Hands-on experience owning backlogs and requirements across the product development lifecycle
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience spanning product management, software delivery, and AI/data systems
• Experience translating requirements for AI or Agentic systems, including workflows involving reasoning, orchestration, and HITL patterns
• Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, APIs, data flows, and agile delivery practices
• Ability to reason about agent behavior, failure modes, and acceptance criteria, even without being the technical implementer
