Job Description
Client Service Director position at Simpson Healthcare, an IQVIA Company, responsible for managing client relationships, projects, and brand management. The role involves optimizing customer relationships, coordinating digital and interactive content, and supervising junior staff members. The position requires a strong communicator with experience in marketing, business, or science, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role
- Experience within the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, preferably with emphasis in Marketing, Business, or Science
- Experience using Veeva is highly preferred
