HS diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid IL driver's license, and current auto insurance

High school diploma or GED, relevant experience, CPR certification, and valid driver's license required
Adult Services Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BCBA certification, Master's degree in human service field, 1+ years experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
Medical Billing Specialist (On-Site)
Associate degree in a related field or medical billing and coding certification; 0-1 years of experience
Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA)
High school diploma or equivalent, ability to work under supervision, effective communication skills, and valid Illinois driver's license
Speech Language Pathologist
Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, Illinois SLP license, and Early Intervention credential (or willingness to train) required
Pediatric Physical Therapist
Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy, Illinois PT license, and pediatric experience preferred
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) (Hybrid)
Master’s degree in relevant field and 1,000 hours of supervised direct service or 1 year of clinical experience under a QMHP
Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (Bartonville Clinic)
Master's degree in a human service field, BCBA certification, and 1-2 years of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities
