
Job description
The Assistant Clinical Coordinator is a management position within the Monarch Adult Autism Program that works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Coordinator. The role is part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals who provide care and support for consumers in their day programming.
The Assistant Clinical Coordinator will utilize evidenced-based preference assessments, design and implement applied behavior analysis programs, conduct functional behavior assessments, and develop behavior intervention plans. They will also provide behavior analytic interpretations of assessment results, design and supervise implementation of behavior analytic interventions, and set and achieve performance goals with consumers and the treatment team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism, possess a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field, and be licensed as a BCBA or COBA. They will also have strong interpersonal communication skills, collaboration and teamwork skills, and technical proficiency in utilizing Agency computer systems and software.
