Lifeworks: Autism Services, founded in 2013, is an organization dedicated to providing vocational and educational opportunities for adults with autism in Northeast Ohio. Utilizing the Monarch Model developed by Bellefaire JCB, Lifeworks offers specialized support through a dynamic interdisciplinary team including behaviorists, educators, and counselors. The company aims to help adults on the autism spectrum achieve diagnostic-appropriate independence in social, communicative, and vocational areas, making a positive impact at home, work, and in the community.

Assistant Director of Day Services
Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst preferred, valid driver's license
Resource and Information Coordinator
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences or related field, and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or developmental disabilities strongly preferred
Registered Nurse (RN)- PRN Med pass & injections & weekend availability
Graduate from an accredited nursing school, Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license, Experience working with children and adolescents
Assistant Clinical Coordinator, Autism Services
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field, and BCBA or COBA licensure preferred
Autism & Mental Health Technician (Day Services)
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related field. High school diploma required. Must be 20 years old
Autism & Mental Health Technician (Supported Living)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related field, 20 years old, ability to work with diverse groups of people
Summer Autism & Mental Health Technician (Supported Living)
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, 20 years old, sensitivity, initiative, and independent judgment
Summer Autism & Mental Health Technician (Day Services)
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Shift Supervisor: Supported Living Services
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Ohio Licensed Teacher preferred, 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Specialist
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field; 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism; valid driver’s license and driving record
