Shift Supervisor: Supported Living Services

Lifeworks is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Supported Living Homes. The Shift Supervisor will oversee direct care staff, maintain client safety and provide individualized supports, programming and services in a structured home setting. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, case management, and education and training of staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Special Education, Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst or Ohio Licensed Teacher is also preferred
• Advanced knowledge of autism spectrum disorders, child and adolescent development, human sexuality, family dysfunction, psychology, sociology, behavior theory
