Job Description
Lighthouse Autism Center seeks a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technician to join their team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with children with autism, providing personalized therapy and helping them reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
- Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
- Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
- Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
- Full range of motion of hands and arms.
- Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
- Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
- Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
