As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work with children with autism, providing one-on-one therapy and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development, including paid training and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area
- Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time
- Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes
- Full range of motion of hands and arms
- Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time
- Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support
- Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written
