Requirements
- Lead the web design efforts for LTX, our complete B2B ecosystem
- Manage and mentor a team of web designers
- Owning the art direction for our enterprise web presence
- Act as the primary bridge between Design and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive data-informed design decisions
- Implement AI-driven workflows
- Collaborate closely with developers on our Webflow infrastructure
