Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Agriculture Engineering
- 8 -10 years of experience in food processing, FMCG, or Agri-industrial operations
- Strong background in Production Planning, quality assurance, and process optimization
- Experience in managing seasonal workforce operations
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Compliance with international standards
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance management
