Quality Technician

Requirements

• Operate CMM programs and interpret data.
• Conduct first piece set-up approvals.
• Conduct floor audits.
• Disposition product in Scrap and Hold Areas.
• Collect, evaluate, and record scrap on shifts.
• Ensure documentation is complete correctly.
• Train operators in gage reading.
• Assist in PPAP studies.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems.
• Basic blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Basic understanding of quality documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
