Job Description
Assists residents with ADL's, provides personal hygiene measures, and promotes good skin care. Utilizes assistive devices and promotes residents' participation in activities. Performs technical skills considered basic to the scope of service and provides care outlined in the Negotiated Service Plan.
Requirements
- Current NA-C licensure in the State of Washington
- Holds or is currently in the process of acquiring a food handlers' permit
- Holds or is currently in the process of acquiring a First Aid/CPR card
- Nurse Delegation Training Certification
- Modified Fundamentals of Nursing Certification
- Dementia Training Certification
