Lincoln County Public Hospital District 1

Associate degree, registration with ARRT, and licensure as a CT Technologist. Current BLS certification

1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist, Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, and current Physical Therapy license in WA

Current NAC licensure or Home Health Aide in the State of Washington and Current BLS upon hire and duration of employment

Must be 18 years or older, current NA-C licensure in WA, and acquire 3 certifications within 120 days

CNA licensure, 18 years or older, self-motivated and comfortable working independently

RN license in Washington state and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC. RN-to-letting experience & active participation in hospital staff meeting

EMT certification and current CPR training are mandatory. 7 hours of training on AIDS is required and a schedule for on-call status must be agreed upon

1. BLS/First Aid certification from AHA or Red Cross

Current CNA/NAC license or eligibility. BLS is required. Able to operate medical equipment. Knowledge of care plans and EHR
