Job Description
The RN position is a 12-hour shift, including weekends and weekend differentials, and offers a DOE basis. Requirements
- Obtain comprehensive nursing history.
- Perform basic physical assessment and collect biophysical, psychosocial, self-care, and health maintenance data.
- Utilize the nursing process to meet client needs and maintain health and prevention of illness.
- Act as a clinical resource and provide education.
- Participate in staff meetings and implement clinical work.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Follow infection control procedures.
- Perform duties according to established scope of practice.
- Ensure ER safety and efficiency.
