Lincoln Property Company is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to plan, supervise, and deliver complex projects from inception to completion. The role requires excellent management, planning, budgeting, and contract administration skills, with experience in construction management and a focus on customer service and collaborative team leadership. The ideal candidate will be analytical, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of building codes and project workflows.
Requirements
- Represent Lincoln with Owner, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities and Contractors.
- Solicit project team members/bids, review submissions, and make recommendations.
- Develop, and present for approval, an implementation project plan, budgets, and schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (development, brokerage, leasing, client, tenant, architect, engineer, consultants, general contractor).
- Manage project financials, include cost reporting, and oversight of RFIs and material delivery.
- Manage change orders and project controls with support from the project team.
- Attend and manage weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings.
- Work closely with project team to manage punch list completion and project closeout.
- Assist other team members in resolving project issues.
- Support the project entitlement/permitting process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
