Manager, FP&A

Role Overview

The Manager will play a key role on the Financial Planning & Analysis team, leading core FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. This individual will manage a team of analysts/associates and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to support strategic planning, deliver data-driven insights, and help guide financial decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

The Manager will execute April’s annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process, prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports, and perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
• A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in FP&A and/or financial reporting within a commercial real estate firm
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills
