Pantry Chef

Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Pantry Chef to join their galley team. The Pantry Chef is responsible for cold food preparation, kitchen sanitation, and overall galley organization. The role requires a strong culinary skill and operational discipline, with a focus on preparing salads, garnishes, dressings, desserts, and other cold items for guest and crew meals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent cooking and/or food service experience
• Good verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and thorough
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to get along with co-workers
