Lindblad Expeditions

High school diploma or GED required, 2+ years of experience in a contact center or hospitality industry preferred

High school diploma or GED, experience with international and domestic bookings, and excellent knowledge of geography required

3-5 years of experience in payroll and payroll administration, with strong understanding of payroll regulations and accounting principles

Must have a minimum 25 GRT Master License, Upon Near Coastal Waters, and various certifications

1 year of cooking or food service experience, good communication skills, and ability to work independently

2+ years of experience managing a culinary team, formal training at a culinary school, and good time management skills

Bachelor's degree in marine engineering or related field, 7–10+ years of progressive experience in maritime technical operations, and strong knowledge of maritime systems and maintenance methodologies

Valid TWIC card, STCW Basic Safety Training, VPDSD, and First Aid/CPR certification required. Maritime/boating experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in accounting, 3-5 years of accounting experience, and strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls

Strong culinary fundamentals, solid time management, and a collaborative mindset are required for this role
