Traffic Clerk

Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments, plan and direct driver's assignments, and coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to keep shipping and receiving running smoothly. Be the face of the operation and the key connection between drivers, warehouse, and transportation teams.

Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and create a welcoming, professional experience
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and transportation teams to keep shipping and receiving running smoothly
• Verify product counts and ensure all information is accurate in the system
• Manage arrival times, reschedule appointments when needed, and keep everyone informed of updates
• Enter and maintain data in our Warehouse Management System to support real time operations
• Handle carrier paperwork and, at some locations, process and log cash transactions
