High school degree, 3-5 years of property management experience, and 1 year of team leadership experience

High school degree or equivalent, technical skills or experience servicing and repairing items, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to sit and stand frequently and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, crouch, lift, crawl, or use a ladder

Property Controller
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5-7 years of accounting experience, and expert-level Excel skills
