Maintenance Technician (Entry Level)

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community in great shape by completing daily maintenance and repairs. This is a hands-on role where you can learn new skills, work with a supportive team, and grow your career.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Interest or basic experience with things like painting, light carpentry, HVAC, appliances, or minor repairs
• Any maintenance experience is a plus (residential, retail, or commercial)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks like standing, bending, climbing, and using ladders
