Paralegal/Legal Assistant, Capital Markets, Singapore

We are looking for a legal assistant/paralegal to join our Capital Markets (EDM) team in Singapore, providing dedicated matter support to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and to clients' satisfaction.

Requirements

• Qualified in India
• Prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or junior associate at a law firm, ideally in a capital markets practice
• Proactive and independent with a keen eye for attention to detail
• Strong drafting skills in English
• Proficiency in Hindi language to liaise with Hindi-speaking stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Competent and eager to join a busy capital markets practice, with the necessary gravitas to work effectively with the team at all levels
