Job Description
The Lancashire County Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their Duty and Assessment team, covering Preston, Chorley, and South Ribble. Responsibilities include undertaking assessments and developing plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Qualification in Social Work at degree level
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience as a social worker
- Experience working with children and young people in a statutory role
- Ability to drive and access to own vehicle for undertaking visits
