Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join an Adults Community Team in Manchester. As a Social Worker, you will provide direct support to service users and their families, collaborating with City Council colleagues and partner agencies to manage and plan for risk situations. You will assess and plan person-centred packages to meet individual needs, promoting independence.
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work
