Job Description
Undertake statutory adult social care functions within a secondary mental health service, working with individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental ill-health. Complete strengths-based assessments, scheduled and unscheduled reviews, care planning, and commissioning of support in line with individual needs.
Requirements
- SWE registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
