Job description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavior intervention and treatment services to clients of Little City Foundation, conducting assessments, generating behavior support plans, and training staff on ABA strategies. The BCBA works with a caseload of individuals, providing services such as behavior interventions, skill acquisition, and crisis management. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, severe behavior disorder, and intellectual disabilities, and a Master's degree with BCBA certification.
