High school graduate, valid IL driver's license, 1 year experience, good driving record, and AHA certification in First Aid and CPR required
Residential Behavior Specialist
Bachelor's degree in human services, education, or disability related field (preferred). High school diploma or GED certification and experience using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) preferred
School Board Cert. Behavior Analyst
BCBA credential, Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy, experience in the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior
Child Welfare Specialist
Bachelor's degree, 1 year of experience, and licensure as a Child Welfare Employee (CWEL) in Illinois or eligibility to receive licensure within 90 days of employment
Special Education Teacher
Bachelor's degree in Exceptional/Special Education or a related field, experience working with students on the Autism spectrum preferred
Foster Care and Adoption Supervisor
Master's degree in social work or related field, two years of relevant experience, and administrative/supervisory experience
