The Family Recruitment & Matching Specialist will recruit and cultivate foster and adoptive families for the Little City Foster Care & Adoption Program, matching referred youth to Little City’s foster families, and providing training to foster families. The position also supervises interns or volunteers related to foster family recruitment, family matching, and support efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or another related field required
- 2 years' experience working with foster families and/or children's residential treatment centers and experience in foster care preferred
- Ability to pass State of Illinois written examination on Licensing Standards for Foster Family Homes (402)
- Clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC) preferred
